From our Hand Spun kani shawl collection, this shawl has been made using 100% hand spun yarns, which requires tremendous amount of additional effort, time and cost of making. This is a tribute to the traditional Kashmir Shawl making, by completely following traditional practices and disciplines. Weaving a shawl using only hand spun yarns also require extremely high skills from the weaving artists, as the yarns are much finer and softer than machine yarns.

State-of-art weaving makes the shawl light and soft, yet durable at the same time.
To weave a design this full and detailed, the artisan will have to use approximately 200 tujis and 6-8 months time.
